Why I’m Passionate About Helping You Quit Smoking

I was a smoker for over 30 years and tried every method imaginable to quit: cold turkey, willpower, nicotine gum, multiple medications, aversion tactics, herbal remedies, cutting down, and even Alan Carr’s method. You name it—I tried it. Each method helped for a while, but deep down, I never truly felt like a natural non-smoker.

 

Then everything changed when my father successfully quit smoking with the help of Hypnotherapy. His success inspired me to give it a try. I sought out a reputable Hypnotherapist, and for the first time, I felt free. I finally kicked that sneaky parasite out for good.

 

My journey gave me a unique understanding of what it takes to quit smoking—the struggles, the false starts, and the hope that keeps you trying. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others break free from smoking through Hypnotherapy.

As part of my ongoing research into the effectiveness of hypnosis therapy, you may be invited to complete a short, optional questionnaire in the future. Your participation is entirely voluntary and would be greatly appreciated but is not compulsory. *The majority of clients quit smoking after just one intensive session. However, if you feel an additional session is needed, you are welcome to return for a follow-up at the standard Hypnotherapy rate of $185 for a 90 minute session.
